Information Collection & Use
In the act of communication, we would need to know your business name, portfolio, email, and, phone number.
It will only be used in your own discretion and privacy, this will allow us to reach out to you, fulfill your needs and notify you of the request status.
We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about changes and offers we think you’ll find valuable.
No billing information is stored on our CRM or Servers.
Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Refund Policy
All Invoices paid are final, they are initially billed for target and reserved hours to be delivered for our clients, if your agreed criteria is not met we will evaluate your concerns and will present solutions to remedy the issue to your satisfaction.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 2-week cancellation notice, Immediate cancellation will result in the deposit being forfeited and the service terminated immediately.
Deposit Policy
We require a 1-week Deposit to ensure the commitment of our clients and the safety of our employees. This deposit is non-refundable, in the event you decide to cancel the service, the deposit will be applied towards the 1-week cancellation notice required. During that time we will cease billing you till the effective termination date.
Client Data & Tools:
Any Logins, Data, Tools, or Resources provided by our clients are protected under the NDA in the Sign-Up Agreement and are safely stored on our servers. In the event you cancel your agreement with us, all relevant data is purged on the effective termination date.
